How we ensure your donation arrives

• Application required. Funds are released only after we receive an application detailing the expected benefit, the costs, and how the project will be implemented.
• Closing reports with receipts. Project closing reports with invoiced costs and photographs are mandatory.
• Site visits every 2–3 years. We travel to Tanzania to verify implementation in person and to talk with the people involved.
  By the way: flight costs are normally paid by the travellers themselves.
• Written rules in the Student Support Program. Selection criteria and reporting requirements are documented. Lists of pupils with class levels and disbursed amounts are submitted every six months. On site visits we routinely meet sponsored students to verify compliance.
